Did not leave up to the hype which I believed many thought it would be as with the first film. In comparisons the first film gave us a decent amount of context, story & desperation from the characters by a well structured plot to allow the build up. For a film 2hrs long I felt like the plot was rushed. Instead of the first films achievements in the plot, the 2nd film instead forgets how well action and well built suspense improve an action movie.(especially if you have 2hrs spare to achieve it) Danger, Fighting, one liner joke.repeat. Would describe it best. It’s worth watchIng if you are after something instantly recognisable, quick to understand where the plot is going, and don’t mind two hours of gags.
