I just couldn't stop watching this show. It was very interesting and made me think about life and how Jesus/ messiah second coming would be accepted at this age of technological advances where most people need some kind of proof. Should he stand in front of the masses and talk like Trump? Well anyone can do that. Should he be charismatic? I would have to say that being charismatic definitely helps but is that absolutely necessary? Well, have you seen Batman or Naruto? Batman never even shows his face and Naruto used to basically jump and fart. Why would people follow someone like that and why would the police support and follow Batman? It's all about skills and what they are capable of accomplishing and not just all talk. Also, the decision making skills like when to take a life and when to spare one and their way of life. There is so many things that I would put higher than charisma and I would say that charisma is definitely necessary for a fake one cuz that is his only way of attracting people but not a true leader. Still having charisma is a bonus. Well then should he perform miracles to people for them to believe in him then? Well why should he be a circus freak just for you when he doesn't need your like or subscription if he was the actual thing and we are talking about billions of people here. (Spoiler) Even if a miracle was performed some people will doubt their eyes after that anyways like the priest who went back and burned his church anyways. He definitely saw a couple of miracles like the timing of the messiah's appearance, the saving of his daughter, standing in front of the tornado, and so on. Some people will never believe and that was the point. Walking on water was kinda stupid for me cuz I saw those videos on YouTube years ago and I think it's a very low level miracle unlike healing or raising the dead. I know that a lot of people don't like how he killed the dog in the first episodes but for me that was a spot on. He killed him instead of his owner who was about to kill him to ease his pain. The messiah's job is not to cure all and create heaven on Earth where no one dies and they will all live happily ever after nor that is God's job. That's what most people with no religious background think and tell you why doesn't God help those in need. If you'll live happily ever after here on Earth then there is not point in heaven or hell. No point in making good deeds or bad ones and the good people won't be rewarded nor will the bad ones be punished. Religious people believe in this life being a test and they are only passing through and experiencing the hardships and pain of life while retaining their beliefs to pass the test. Yes, I'm still talking about the show but a lot of people don't get it because they don't understand those concepts in religions. That sick girl with her mom was really weird for me though. He let the girl into his apartment they just sat there and then she dies at the end. If he wasn't going to cure her then he should have at least talked to her to ease her pain or something otherwise why let her into his apartment in the first place? The only thing that would make sense to me is either that he was really a fraud which I don't think not after that ending or that he healed her so maybe she will come back to life after some electric shock or CPR or something and then becomes better and cured in season 2. That kid at the end, they gave us a background about him being a liar and said he saw a lion and a spaceship. They definitely developed that story for season 2 when he will tell people that he saw the messiah bring those two guys back to life but they won't believe him but this time it's the truth LOL.
