Just finished the audiobook version of Coming Home to the Cottage by the Sea by Rebecca Alexander. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend. You have to be ok with reading a story with dual time period story telling though - switching between WWII and present day. Loved the characters and the various accents of the narration of the characters - it was excellent. Was emotionally raw and very believable. Location of the story was magical. I will probably read more books from this author - great story telling.

“Much Ado about Highlanders” by May McGoldrick (Audiobook on Spotify). I really enjoyed this story especially the strong female characters. The description of the scenery, the architecture and the daily life featured were believable and so too was the mystical nature of the story. I am drawn to stories based in Scotland - particularly those in Audiobook format narrated in a Scottish accent. This was Book 1 in the Scottish Relic Trilogy series.
