One of the most wholesome and real movies I’ve seen in a long time. Brings me back to childhood, where I grew up on a farm.

The writing is phenomenal. There’s subtlety and nuance that almost no movies or shows have anymore. It sheds a light on the reality that many people experience. This show is relatable to the human condition for a vast population of people.

The movie is just a bunch of bad tropes smashed together. Have fantasies of Sydney Sweeney? The director panders to you. Hardly funny and cheeky, but rather cringy and monotoned. Boring plot, bad acting, and dull dialog.

I wanted to love this movie, love the cast. But, it came off more as a cheesy, predictable kids movie. It falls in the cringe section. The Rock has started in a few kid’s movies, but didn’t expect Gadot to start taking these scripts.
