Just finished watching the movie and wow. I must admit I did not watch the full movie because mid-way through I began to faint. I am typically good with blood and horror but this movie perfectly encapsulates the constant anxiety, fear, and anticipation that gives the genre it's name. I was absolutely and utterly uncomfortable from the first minute. The fainting was likely due to both the stress created by the movie as well as the inclusion on lots of needles and blood. Do I think the plot lines were predictable? Yes. But it was never dull. Or boring. In my opinion it met all the marks that are expected out of horror. Even the humor in how outrageous some moments were. If you watch this movie YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
