Character development is excellent, acting is riveting, may have too much nudity for some but it is a window into a cross section of America that is passionate, poetic, and empowering. The nuanced layers of complexity and conflict are stunning. This may be the BEST series I have ever seen. The screenwriting and dialogue are so compelling it is impossible to imagine why so many have not heard of this show. We have gone back and started over from the beginning and it’s like watching it again for the first time because there is so much happening on the screen without even a single word I. Some scenes that literally makes you want to pause to discuss the power of a moment and what was being expressed. BRILLIANT, BRAVO. The directing is award winning, the set designs are incredible and I felt as if I was pulled into every scene. The ensemble cast could not be better, and the depth of sophistication in every scene made me feel as if I were standing inside the set. This show Is brutally authentic. The acting is at a level that makes me feel it is not “a star is born” but rather every single actor without exception gives academy award winning “Stars are born!” Level performances. Simply amazing!!!! Congratulations! Once the general public discovers this series it’s hard not to imagine most of the cast of actors will be I. High demand for future movies. The rawness of heartbreaking scenes gave us pause for hours of discussions.
