Best reality show out there. High moral standards are exemplified by Tia Torres work ethic and extreme care of dogs who have had hard lives and just as bad reputations. She expects no less from the people she hires, which, again, exemplifies her high ethical standards: she puts her money where her mouth is and hires men and women (?) who have paroled out of prison. That specifically is a population for whom it is almost impossible to find work. She not only expects strong work ethic and strong empathetic behavior when her employees care for the dogs, she doesn't ask anyone to do anything she won't do. She leads by example.....even her opening statement wishing there was no need for her job or facility speaks to her care for others, without regard to herself (she would be out of a job if that were to happen, but it would be worth it I'm sure), and unfortunately it doesn't look like that will happen anytime soon.
