Waiting for season 2! Seeing the trailer made me believe that it must be one of those shows where an Indian culture will be mocked. But after watching this my perception changed. They actually didn't stereotype Indians and potrayed their culture as acceptable and respectful. Wel.l don't judge a book by it;s cover. How, Devi is trying to run away from her roots, how her friend Ron accepted that accepting his roots and culture gave him meaning and identity was wonderful. I am sure Devi will learn the same in the show, and help out the confused Indian teenager or teenagers of any other culture or religion as a matter of fact.
