My kids completed the game, which is not challenging for a six year old in any way, in less than an hour. It was so disappointing because the animation and look is so great. The voices are the real ones, but it seemed like the acting (as in the animation done to coincide with the voices) seemed very stiff. If it hadn't been Bluey and it had been some other game with unknown characters we wouldn't even have continued to play after 5 minutes, but we were just hoping that as things moved along they would get better. They didn't. And my kids love Bluey. I love Bluey. It's been one of my favorite shows that my kids watch because of the stuff we've been able to talk about as a result of the conflicts the show's characters resolve (and can't). But this game was so disappointing. It reminds me of being a kid and seeing an advertisement for a toy that is everything I could have imagined, and then when the toy shop up, it's nothing like the advertisement. I hate to bash this game so hard because I am hopeful that one day a good Bluey game will be made that my kids can play and enjoy for more than 1 hour. But if the owner of the Bluey IP okayed this game after seeing the level of quality, then it seems to me that they are interested in making money a lot more than they are interested in making something fun for kids to do using some of their favorite characters. And if that is the case, then my kids will watch Bluey and we can get some balloons and play "Keepey Uppey" whenever we want a "for real life" Bluey experience.
