This is probably my favorite book I've ever read. Hands down. The entire storyline was interesting and even the title drew me in. I've ordered the entire series for two reasons. One being I absolutely loved this type of mysterious , thriller, suspense, crime books , Two , that is it was all over my Pinterest feed .. so I had to buy the whole series to read one after the other.. As a suspense, thriller,crime movie lover.. the whole thing whatever I read was coming in front of me like a screen .. it felt like I was at the spot when everything happened.. I was reading in a such a speed to find who did the whole thing.. Holly Jackson's work had me guessing the entire time, trying to piece together evidence while reading. I truly felt like I was investigating with Pippa and Ravi whole they put the evidence into one story that made sense. Pippa's determination to prove that Salil Singh was guilty of the murder of Andie Bell was something I enjoyed seeing. Mr. Ward as Salil's murderer was such an interesting plot twist, especially with the way he thought he was protecting Andie Bell all that time when he'd actually accidentally kidnapped a girl he knew nothing about. Becca Bell as Andie's murderer was also interesting, but not as much as a plot twist. I honestly hadn't expected it at first, but seeing as Pippa had strong evidence as to the sister's falling-out, it made perfect sense and didn't seem as mysterious in the same way it did with Mr. Ward's murder of Salil Singh. The part where Pips pet 🐶 died made me cry 🥺 . Like losing our pet is soo worst kind of feeling.. The character I loved here.. is RAVI SINGH . As a fictional books reader I find it cute when MALE LEAD calls female lead with nick names. ( i.e sarge ) .
