I had a hard time with hearing and understanding the dialogue in the beginning. ...was immensely confused of the relevance of the killer Monkey backstory...just found this weird. While yes, I did understand the "you can't tame a wild animal" tap to the alien being a wild animal but they could have told the story rather than spending all that time showing me something that didn't matter...I thought the actors were all very good, it was the way the movie played out that left me scratching my heading and wondering why.
