Signed up on the $44 program - didn't realised I was then looped into the quarterly plan and was charged $148 for the next quarter. Contacted customer support to figure it out. Was told that I needed to contact them 24 hours prior. Thing is I would have if I maybe received an email advising that the new payment was upcoming. I know that I signed up but it's 2024 - gone are the days of tricking people into signing up to things with the t&cs in the small writing underneath. Maybe it's a great program but on principal the attitude stinks.
