It's painful to watch, not in a Requiem For a Dream kind of way, or a Trainspotting way, or even watching a car crash kind of way. The high definition cameras ruined it cinematically. The script had potential, but was acted terribly. Everyone in it looked like they were just there for the paycheck. It's sad to see a good idea go to waste, but here it is. I think as a whole sequels get a bad wrap for rehashing ideas, but one this really gives credit to that steryotype.
