I decided to give this a go. 1ep in, about 10mins in cafetaria scene she gifts "kira" a gift. I remembered db evolution live action, netflix death note...that feeling, that hurl feeling. So I stopped. Kakegurui is in its rightful place, a phenomenal one. This "bet" version I am not even gonna bother finish it. It does look safe enough for my niece of 12 to watch it. Since it looks to be made for children. ZERO Stars

Movie would get 5 stars if not for the story. It's a very dark story. I watched from beginning to end. This movie will not a be a repeat watch. Acting, choreography, sound was 100%. That is the only reason to watch this movie. They pushed the boundary with this one. That's it.
