Too much time given to Cinderella and her daughter. This is rise of Red and we barely know her, all the villains in the past seem just to be generic place holder bullies. How Bridget turned evil makes no sense. And somehow Cinderella never told her teenage daughter anything about her life or taught her any life lessons? The villains in the past may have been better if there were not five vying for attention and Ulyana (Uma's aunt) is like copy and past movie 2 Uma but entirely less compelling. The plot was so basic but it had to be that way I guess since they wanted to waste so much time acting like Cinderella also had a big change in character from youth to adulthood, which she didn't.... I enjoyed the first 3 movies, they had their problems, but this one was garbage which upsets me as I'm a big fan of wonderland and the premise was actually kinda interesting...
