The campaign is not bad it's ok, tries to adapt to the younger generation in my opinion with the cringy speech and poor attempts at humor, guns were very good like the tough sounds of them vehicles too, the open world design was cool in the beginning but ultimately I prefer the levels like we had in the older games just felt more linear and replayability was great for them, the multiplayer in my opinion started out pretty shit but got good in the end a bit like bf2042 but still prefer halo reach/3/4 multiplayer as you're not launching across the map with grapple hooks and shields etc, I feel like playing the multiplayer you go into a match and play good then boot into another and you're shit on which to me I personally like to chill on games I'm not amazing at multiplayer games but I'm not bad either I like that balance and having it taken away from you next match sucks, overall I think it's worth a shot if it's on sale grab it but definitely don't pay full price or even better get it on gamepass but past that it's alright definitely prefer Bungie halo games other than halo 4 I never really liked the games 343 shelled out but this one is worth a shot for sure
