The 1-week, 6-week and 8-week options are all beneficial, I was able to identify that for my own extensive food sensitivities, inflammation, and auto-immune concerns, the 8-week plan would be best to offer the deep results I was looking for. In the months that now follow, the improvements have been profound. I have been able to slowly reintroduce some of the foods that had previously been problematic, the inflammation is once again manageable, and the auto-immune concerns are again dormant. I feel reinvigorated with new enthusiasm and hope for the path ahead.
