Summary on Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea
After joining the search for a strange sea monster, marine biologist Pierre Aronnax, his manservant Conseil, and harpoonist Ned Land are tossed overboard when the creature strikes and end up as prisoners of Captain Nemo, perhaps one of Verne's most iconic but enigmatic characters. The three friends get to explore the enormous and endlessly interesting world beneath the sea aboard the Nautilus, a highly powerful submarine that everyone has mistaken for a sea monster. Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea is a combination of adventure story, political commentary, and scientific utopia - and one of Verne's most popular works.
This was an awesome Sci-Fi book! We were able to picture the scenes properly.
It felt like I was captain Aronnax! And like I was In their ship!
