This documentary is absolutely fascinating. It retraces Shackleton’s journey when his ship, Endurance was crushed by the ice and the ensuing epic story of survival. Shackleton was a courageous and great leader of his men who undertook the seemingly impossible journey to save them from death. My admiration for what he achieved was heightened through watching this amazing documentary. Shackleton is the ultimate hero.
