First couple of episodes were okay, but around episode 4 or 5 it got very boring. The actions of the characters made less and less sense, and we were given more and more filler.
The premise is pretty weak as well. The show is mysterious at first, but once you understand the plot, it's actually not at all unique or creative. Poor writing is the problem here. Too many plot points that are ultimately unnecessary and feel like a waste of time. (Maybe Netflix required a specific number of episodes, and the writers struggled to stretch this idea to meet that goal, idk).
Production values and acting were all well and good. I finished season one but wouldn't watch a second. P.S. I'm not a hater, I wanted to like this show, I tried to like this show, but for me personally, I didn't like this show.
The ratings on this show are high, but I'm suspecting that many people rated the show before finishing.
