Let me start by saying that I am a total freak for animated movies so was beyond disappointed in this film. Someone watched Turning Red and The Little Mermaid, stole the plot lines and some character profiles, and wrote a really bad screenplay. It just doesn't work on any level. My children even began complaining about how bad it is, they are three and four, about a quarter to half way in and wanted to leave. We did.
