I watched this short at the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival in 2018. As far as such horror films are concerned, A Sweet Man is "short" and "sweet". Har har. It kept me both laughing and tense on the edge of my seat at the utterly bizarre and unexpected circumstances that befall the main character within its 14 minute runtime. Ask yourself: are hamsters creepy? If you said no, of course not, reconsider after watching this. Also, there are particularly disturbing killer clowns (why not?). I wish that I could see it again, but I haven't been able to locate a means of doing so as of yet! If you have the opportunity, it is definitely worth 14 minutes of your time.
