My husband and I started this movie on a whim, optimistic, hopeful, slightly judgmental but still willing to watch. 5 minutes in we were concerned, 10 minutes in we were dumbfounded. 15 minutes in we paused the movie to re-evaluate. We thought if we could change our perception of the movie maybe we could get through it, we decided to view it as a comedy. And oh my god did we laugh, we howled like banshees on the Irish Moors. Once we came to our senses 5 seconds later we realized we’d need more than laughter to make it through so we got the tequila. As I’ve said before in reference to Jurassic park: Dominion if you need alcohol to get through a movie it definitely sucks. You’d be better off watching “Birdemic” honestly. And honestly honestly reading the one star reviews has been more entertaining than this tragedy. I can’t get into specifics because it would take years off my life but I will say the one thing I wish the most is for Halle Berry’s ex husband’s character to stop answering his phone like his ear is on the top of his head.
