Just… ok. The mother character was completely infuriating, whilst you can try to sympathise with her situation it’s not easy and I found myself growing less patient as the story went on. There’s a twist at the end which wasn’t expected but as someone else has mentioned, did not really contribute anything to the story. It wasn’t terrible but I personally won’t be recommending this book.
