Lucky Jack

Wholly unbelievable that this character would remain at his position after the first 2 calls he takes. I'm not even sure that it's plausible that a person in his position would be employable as a dispatch officer in the context of his situation. His behaviour is egregious and the liability he would create is astronomical. This story (and I have no comparison to the original story here) is far beyond what I could "suspend" as believable. I hated the character from the start, had zero empathy for him, and kept wanting him to get fired, or clotheslined from the sidelines. I'm not even sure 2 stars is fair.
