Simply one of the best films I have ever watched. Acting, directing and scenario all above parr. And kudos for the precision and detail of the historical research. I was spellbound.

One of the best films ever! Full of love, affection and caring. Moving and humane. And amazing acting and directing! I must have watched it at least five times always wondering why it wasn't recognised as the exceptional film it is.

If you're going to watch one TV series, this should be it.

One of the best future dystopias I have come across. Although written for TV I think, it has fully fledged characters and an amazing plot full of turns and twists. But above all, it gives us a stunning and horrifying picture of a destroyed and fragmented Europe - together with that of the rest of the world - that should make us cherish the world we live in all the more. Brilliant.

Quite pointless. Excellent cinematography but no depth whatsoever.
