Rose Boswell

This movie could have been well done. Just because there was no extreme action or drama, it doesn't mean that you couldn't create a satisfying movie about an understated female character who navigates a suffocating environment successfully. Instead, this movie just makes the audience feel like we're suffocating under the slow steady beat of an unrelenting metronome with no music playing along. The characters are both wooden and abnormal. It was hard to believe either of their motives. There was no nourishment for the audience in any part of the narrative.
