Maria Antonova (Etc.)

Read it in a few days, in Russian translation. Truly loved it and want more. It’s cozy, witty, has amazing detective line, unpredictable. And I just love the idea of old grandmas being the main characters. We have too much attention on teenagers and young adults these days, it is very imbalanced and frankly, makes one dread being old so much. It also makes us feel more isolated from the older generation. In some moments of the book I could see my own mother‘s lifestyle elements. It‘s amazing, I want more grandmas and grandpas being the center of attention and exploring their personality, problems, life. P.S. I‘m 26 :)
