Nope...good action scense, terrible writing and character choices...just dumb and the representation of Clark's parents was from the 40's style country bumpkins in an era of cell phones. Dog, dumb...Clark's being a 7ft tall person is far cry from being able to disappear in to a crowd in day to day life...just so many wtf moments when being introduced to characters in this movie...and WHY can't we get a good lex anymore?? These last 2 are terrible Lexs'...again...good action/cgi scenes and terrible story/character choices. Would not watch again. Bo fewling of a need to be personally invested in any of these characters. Oh and first fight scene is getting demolished by a robot?..no kryptonite? Again..his only weakness..just whatever.

No...more of Disney saying it's okay to be gay as a child before even really experiencing anything...ya, exposing little kids to queerness before there little brains really get a conception of sexuality is called grooming. Period point blank.

Too much. Its like he's trying to top marvel but it wasn't enough content for the time added, and the soundtrack was atrocious. Just awful. The soundtrack took scenes that were badass and building to melancholy and unbearable or there was none at all when there should have been. There was alot added theatrically speaking but the excess just leveled it out leaving you feeling almost worse about this version over the original. Could have accomplished his goal with 3 to 3 and half hrs not 4 plus.
