Same universe but a differentiated feeling from the first movie in the best way possible. It captivates from start to finish, with glorious action sequences in the final hour of the movie. New character additions were also perfectly executed and the flow of the storyline was nearly bulletproof. Of course, Cameron did not hold back on stunning visuals and magical Pandora creatures. Well worth the 13 year hiatus. Do yourself a favor and see it in the biggest and loudest theater you can. I know I’ll be sprinting to the box office when the third installment comes out.
