This film has had poor reviews, but l have found it unforgettable. Pauli Seganti plays a rock star , whose brain has turned to mush, a walking zombie- perfectly done. Billy BobThornton oozes sleazy charm. Everyone is pretty hateful, and they’re all clearly going to hell.lsuspect L A. Is more like this than we have been bamboozled into believing....makes you determined to give the place a miss.l believe it!

Just lobbed this book into the Oxfam bag. Can’t finish it. The characters never come to life. Annoyed l wasted time on it. - sigh. A good beginning- then it’s all downhill..Anyone wanting a much, much better book in this vein , should read” The Magus” instead.
