the expectations were not high, but i would have to say that i didn't expect it to go so low, it looks like they watched Pearl Harbor and saw those cool japanese dive bomber shots and forgot that those planes went like 300km/hr and they tried to do same thing with mig 21's and sabre's which go at 3 to 4 times that speed, not only that the movie gives no emotional or logical connection, after watching URI i thought that would be the gold standard of new war movies but damn i was so wrong.
And the most idiotic scene in the whole movie is not the vfx or stupid transitions or unrealistic bombing, its Ajay Devgan going to capture Pakistani spies alone and without a gun, i mean why would an officer even do that, are guns too expensive to give to airmen or something...., i mean what was the director thinking(really wtf moment).
