It puts you in the feeling and spirit of Jesus’ day. It helps understand why things were done in certain ways but portrays them in modern times so we can understand. the actors are so good. It seems if they are inspired. I love the show and recommend to everyone I meet. I suggest watching the first season before you start the second. I just can’t say enough good things about this whole show. Thank you everyone that is involved.
