Excellent mystery with a great story. The characters are believable and the voice cast was superb, except for Ryan (Justice Smith). While Ryan's deadpan, off-tone performance killed the mood, Eliza's was downright chilling. There are a few bugs and glitches. This game should have had a bit more polish before release. This is an interactive story; the experience is about choosing the fate of the characters and making quick choices that alter the course of the game. There is tons of replay value, and it's an excellent experience to have with friends! If the style of gameplay (or lack thereof) isn't for you, watch a playthrough instead for a satisfying horror experience.
