Love seeing our stories play out on screen! Met Riri in Wakanda Forever, which was already a strong start for her character and Dominique’s break into the MCU. Even though the show didn’t get as much prior promotion as I would’ve liked, the support from the cast, crew, and RDJ our Iron Man himself felt so good to see as a fan. This is NOT her taking over his legacy but forging her own! And as a black woman that needs that representation today and behalf of all the young black girls that need it as well, especially those with a love for STEM, her and Shuri are making major waves. I’m (anxiously) looking forward to the next season and her MCU appearances especially after that finale reveal. I’m willing to keep an open mind for the time being though I’m skeptical about how they left Riri and Natalie’s story. I hope we see her interact with other Avenger mentees!
