The movie was a flop. Kevin Costner needs to stick to strictly acting. The first part seemed like a cheap 1950s western. The movie seemed to skip and was hard to follow unless you paid extreme attention. In fact I was ready to walk out at the 1hr mark. There was several times me and the wife had to ask each other whose that, where did that come from ect. If chapter 2 ain't better, I won't see 3 and 4. I'll save my money. The last 30 min was the best of this movie. The only thing I did come away with from this movie is how hard frontier life was, and the injustices done to native American tribes with both whites and indian retaliations
