This movie was wonderful!!! I cannot understand why people are not going to see it! If you love westerns, if you love American history, if you love a good story…..you will love this movie! It makes you feel like you are actually there, in the untamed American west. Truly authentic! I have studied, and traveled the old west. This is it. The story of pioneers heading west for a better life, and the hardships and happiness that await them. This is the story of the American Indian. Some want to resist the new settlers with gruesome and cruel massacres, some want to peacefully coexist and reject the violence. This is the complicated story of white, and black settlers. Most peaceful d wanting a better life for the families. Some, however, untamed, greedy and ruthless to everyone….indian, black and whites. This is also a love story. The first Horizon film was epic. I am looking forward to seeing the rest!
