Don’t bother wasting money on this book. It falls short in many areas. She has even gained attention publicly for her judgementmal stances. Please do not let one bad apple ruin the reputation of others. I would love to become a hospice RN. I use to look up to penny for tips until about 1 yr ago. These same stances carry over into the book. Horrible book…goes right along with person.
