Worst thing I’ve ever seen. Not at all what I was expecting. Sitting in a very uncomfortable seat looking up at a Kaleidoscopic images with spa like music for an hour while the composer tells me
to relax and have a happy life made me want to leave after the first 5 minutes. If you like meditation this might be for you.
