I feel that I am an open minded person, however, I received this book and was immediately put off by the Bible like format. I decided to give it a shot and read the intro. After reading the intro I was even more confused. It was hard to follow and seemed disjointed. I understand taking drugs and feeling enlightened, but it was hard to open up to his ideas when all he spoke about was how high he was for years. If you can get past that and glean meaning from it then this book may have significant meaning to you. For me, it did not. It was off putting and I actually had to return it because it felt more cult-ish then anything else.
