Police officers with storm troopers aim, a legal system that can't function for a serial killer in one town, and medical staff who break their oath by harming patients and leave out equipment and medicine for plot devices! Stop dumbing it down for sake of plot! "We don't know what he looks like." Bullsh**! You're telling me a masked serial killer who was "caught multiple times" never made headlines even in a small town newsroom?! He had no privileges to hide his identity! His name wasn't an alias and if it was that's not private either. This movie could do better as a multimillion dollar franchise!
