shahhaha jsjs

it was literally such an irritating watch. it was an intriguing show at first, like the first few shots i was at the edge of my seat! all downhill from there, really. none of the characters actions make any sense whatsoever, and the back and forth turf wars in the third and fourth episodes WERE SO ANNOYING i wanted to rip my hair out and scream while watching it was genuinely so insufferable. the villain was throwing tantrums like a child for literally no explainable reasons whatsoever (her "creative juices flow better at the rental" like okay? what the hell is that explanation) but it wasn't like the main character was super understandable either. like apathetic willing to let the villain murder her son and overtake his property but only sometimes he is willing to do anything about it, usually being in the form of trying to strangle her? okay, bud. only after the adult son glasses guy (i struggle with korean name remembering, okay?) is introduced does the plot start to pick up at all. he is genuinely the only character that is remotely sympathetic, besides the MC's daughter OMG WHAT A GIRL BOSS I LOVE HER. but yeah, the police stuff was dumb and i felt like i was actively losing brain cells watching the show in its entirety. the acting was really good though, i don't think i will ever like the actress who played the villain because she was so irritating to watch in this drama. that's a compliment, but i also hate her, if that makes sense. anyway watch something actually good. any actually good k-thriller recommendations are welcome.
