I had high hopes for this movie even though it was a musical. The acting was good of course but the story line… what was even that?! I mean truly did the director even read the comics?? Or bother to look up the story line on google?! What a waste of my time. I hope they make a redemption Joker 2 because I am grossly unimpressed. Things that were wrong with the movie: -too much singing! Considering it was a musical that’s to be expected but after every 5 min they were singing and singing the SAME songs. Extremely annoying -story line was nothing like the comics. Harley Quinn was not what she was supposed to be and how they ended was completely opposite of the comics. Idk what the director was thinking honestly. -the end was confusing. Idk why it ended like that CONSIDERING THE COMICS!! Overall if you are a person who appreciates the story line of the comics and expects the director to respect that as well this movie is not for you. Don’t waste your time or money.
