Kid Chocobo

I wanted to love it so bad I really really did... Has a long time fan of the book I wanted so badly to love this show... But not even 22 minutes into the entire show and they've already taken so many creative liberties that in my opinion may not be integral to the storyline but definitely alter the mood of the show. I can tell that this is going to be one of those shows that really focuses on the action and the adventure which is totally fine The problem is is that it seems to completely forget about the sarcasm and the joy and the moments of simple happiness that these books were so good at portraying. I know we're only two episodes in but so far I'm really really disheartened...
