I believe something is terribly wrong The Bay management! Customer service is awful!!! Return policy is nonsense… I bought a snowsuit set online 3 times and I only received the jacket and they’re telling me it’s final sale!!! It officially a new type of scam right? It’s not end of story yet; they asked me to ship the jacket and that’s it! I lost the jacket too!!!
