How could Huayi Brothers Pictures go wrong, with a fabulous cast that includes Patrick Wilson, Halle Berry, John Bradley (who played Samwell Tarley in Game of Thrones), Michael Pena, and Donald Sutherland? I love the disaster movie genre but Moonfall is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I actually walked out at about the 40 minute mark (1st time in 30+ years). The story was choppy, the dialogue was mismatched (often an actors response didn't match what another actor just said), and the special effects were 3rd rate at best. Do yourself a favor and give this one a miss!
