It's like a cross between Big Brother and I guess a cooking show. It seems like it's trying to be a Top Chef/Final Table/Iron Chef kind of show, but it is none of that. I could only get through the first episode. They all live in the same house, same camera angles like Big Brother, secret conversations like Big Brother, annoying personalities like Big Brother....then the cooking, which was interesting but still with the constant boasting and strategies of getting to the winners circle....enough already! I couldn't manage getting through another episode. If you like Big Brother, you will probably like this show. It just wasn't for me.

I wasn't familiar with the original movie of the same title so I had no idea what was coming. Initially I had a hard time...it felt slow and the title characters....I just didn't connect. However I stuck with it. Will they get together, will they just be friends.....I had so many questions at the end of each episode....each time I debated whether I would just move on....I stuck with it...finally (about Ep 8), I was invested in the relationship and was routing for them. Then Episode 13 and my heart was broken. Episode 14 I could only watch through tears. They do make it to the Mountain Top....sort of. In the end the lesson I learned say yes to Love and don't be an A#& if it's not working.
