I love, love, LOVE the new shows with Bridget & Julia as hosts, Jack and Adam as reviewer and gadget tester, and the new lineup of chefs (so many to name--you know who you are!). Plus, they're keeping up with the reality of changing demographics by preparing a variety of international dishes we can learn to cook and enjoy. Loving the Thai dishes!
