"Gunner", promised an intriguing premise and the acting talents of an acclaimed veteran actor. Unfortunately, the final product falls flat due to lackluster visual effects that undermine the story's credibility.
Unless significant post-production work is done to improve the CGI, this film is not worth recommending to anyone but the most die-hard Morgan Freeman fans. A letdown for anyone seeking a compelling sci-fi/drama elevated by cutting-edge visual effects.
