Perhaps there could have been better actors, however they were interesting enough, and portrayed against the films magnificent, poetic and captivating psychological backdrop I was happily drawn into the directors brilliant juxtaposition of light and dark, reality and imagination, fear and faith. An intimate and dramatic saga that in many ways we can all relate to.
